How does billing work?
Basic, Premium and Pro are paid up front for one period — 30 days if you pick monthly, 365 days if you pick annual — starting from your payment. They do not renew automatically; when your period ends you can buy again to continue. TOEFL and SAT are separate one-time purchases.
What counts as an AI message?
One AI response (for example, one Study Coach reply or one lesson-help answer) uses one message from your monthly allowance. The allowance is shared across the Study Coach, lesson help and AI skills tools, and resets on the 1st of each calendar month.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Because plans don't auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel — your access simply ends when the period does. Refund requests are reviewed case by case; contact our team and we'll look at your situation.
What payment methods are supported?
Payments are processed securely by Paystack. Cards, bank transfer, and USSD are supported.
What's the difference between Exam Prep and International Exams?
Exam Prep and SmartPrepAfrica Premium/Pro cover WAEC, NECO and UTME/JAMB for a fixed period you pay for. TOEFL and SAT Prep are separate one-time purchases for students preparing to study abroad, and are not included in any plan.
